Our theme support includes bug fixes and questions regarding the theme settings, and features. It does not include integrations with third party apps, customization requests and theme update installations.

We answer to your queries Monday through Friday, but please allow up to 24hrs for your ticket to be reviewed & responded to.

Before posting, make sure that you go through all the relevant articles in our knowledge base and also through the official Shopify documentation.
